Located near the Del Mar coastline, this 1,800-square-foot whole-home renovation transformed an aging residence through a complete down-to-the-studs rebuild. The redesigned home blends classic coastal character with contemporary detailing, creating bright, open living spaces that reflect the relaxed sophistication of Southern California beach living.
